Network180 (formerly Kent County Community Mental Health) is the community organization responsible for the delivery of mental health services, substance use disorder prevention and treatment, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We are seeking a Deputy Director of Administrative Services to provide chief financial officer leadership and direction for the administrative functions of the organization. This individual will serve as a key member of our management team.

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration or related field
  • Four years supervisory experience in accounting, finance, public administration, or a related field
  • 5 years working experience in financial management
  • Working knowledge of the principles and practices of governmental accounting, finance, and budgeting
  • Working knowledge of budgeting and cost-benefit principles and practices
  • Ability to interact positively with Board members, managers, co-workers, clients, and community representatives from widely diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Knowledge of State Mental Health Code and State Public Health Code governing substance abuse services
  • Experience in financial management in the health sector

Any combination of education, training and experience providing the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job will be considered.
