Tier Two Panel Closing May 31, 2018

For many years Network180 has had an open panel for unaccredited providers of Community Living Services and Personal Care in a Licensed Specialized Residential Setting and Respite. This meant Network180 would contract with any provider of these services who met all of our eligibility requirements, including Medicaid standards.
Network180 has decided to close the panel as we have sufficient capacity to serve consumer needs with our current Tier Two providers. The panel will close as of May 31, 2018. Any provider applications currently in process or complete applications that are submitted by May 31, 2018, will be processed. You will receive notification from Network180 when the panel is re-opened.
