Tips for completing the online application

*  Fill out the on-line questionnaire completely.  If asked to give an explanation/ or to describe an experience do not give one word statements, you must explain in detail.  Please be specific with your answers. 

*  Please do not leave any sections blank, if they don’t apply write “N/A’ or “not applicable”.    

*  If asked to describe your job responsibilities, do not write “See Resume”; please write out what your responsibilities were. 

*  Be honest. Omission or misrepresentation of information may be sufficient cause for rejecting your application.

Enployment Opportunities

Lakeshore Regional Entity (LRE) is the public behavioral health plan for people with mental illness, developmental disability, and substance use disorders in Allegan, Kent, Lake, Mason, Muskegon, Oceana and Ottawa counties.

The LRE organization manages the services provided under a contract with the State of Michigan’s Department of Community Health (MDCH) to residents in the region who have Medicaid or are under insured and who are eligible for services as defined by the Michigan Mental Health Code.  The LRP is one of 10 Prepaid Inpatient Health Plans (PIHP) in Michigan.
