This week Network180 received a shipment of 74,000 KN95 masks from the State of Michigan that are designated for adult foster care homes. Network180 is charged by the State to distribute these masks to all licensed adult foster care homes in Kent County as soon as possible.
Network180 will be distributing these masks to AFC providers TOMORROW, Friday, January 15, 2021 at the locations and times listed below:
Morning Distribution: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Deltaplex parking lot: 2500 Turner Ave NW, Walker, MI 49544.
Afternoon Distribution: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. in the parking lot of the Special Olympics building - the former South Christian High School: 160 68th St., SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49548.
These masks are being distributed free of charge; the number of masks distributed will be based on the size of the AFC home. You are invited to pick up your allocation of masks at either distribution session, no appointment necessary.
The expectation is that these masks be made available to AFC providers as soon as possible. With mask distribution occurring tomorrow, we are asking AFC providers receiving this email to please share information about this opportunity with fellow AFC operators so these supplies can get to those who need them as soon as possible.
We are pleased to be a part of providing these masks to the AFCs of Kent County. Thank you for all you are doing to support our community’s most vulnerable members during this unprecedented time.
